I can see that your item was shipped on August 22nd via Standard Australia Post, which takes 3-7 business days. You can therefore expect delivery this week.
Please contact our customer service team on support@hardtofind.com.au if the parcel fails to arrive by the end of this week.
I also recommend to call your local post office to check whether your parcel is awaiting collection.
