I can see in our system that your order was shipped on August 6th, so it should have been delivered by now.
One of our customer service representatives will be in touch shortly to help you locate your order or arrange for it to be reshipped.
It would also be great if you could call your local post office in the meantime to check whether your parcel is awaiting collection.
