We have no record of any contact by yourself. I am so sorry about that, we do not have any emails from your email address and we have no record of a phonecall or whatapp message.
If you can supply us with a copy of this communication we can happily look into that for you.
in regards to your delivery. The tracking (we sent you a copy of this to the registered email address that we have) shows that DPD attempted to deliver three times but there was no one available so the goods were helding waiting for you to contact them. They recieved no contact so eventually detsroyed the goods as they were a food product that was now past its use by date.

I am so sorry but we have no recprds of any contact from yourself in regards to this order on any of our contact channels.
We did however sent you the full tracking for your order that showed DPD made three delivery attempts (contacting you on each ocassion to give you a delivery window). There was no one available on three occassions so DPD held the parcel waiting for you to contact them about the delivery. The parcel was then destroyed due to the lenghth of time and the goods had expired.
please ensure that you are available for the deliveries.

We have no record of you contacting us by any of our contact channels.
The tracking that we provided however does show what happened to your order.
DPD attempted to deliver it on three seperate occassions but there was no one available for the delivery so the item was taken to the depot and held awaiting contact from yourself. Once the goods had expired and you had not made contact DPD detroyed them.
I can only apologise but we do need customers to be available for deliveries and we have not recieved any communication from yourself that we can find in regards to this matter.

We have no record of any contact from yourself, we have searched all emails, all our phone records and our whatapp records and can find nothing.
The DPD tracking we supplied does hpwever show that DPD attempted to deliver your parcel many times but there was no one available so they held it at the depot waiting for you to contact them, once the goods had past their expiry date they were destroyed.
I am so sorry but the couriers do need you to be there or give them alternative instructions for deliveries.
