I see you put that the van was to small and you had specifically asked for a large van, looking back at what you had booked you did book the short wheel base transit which you was given on collection.
I am sorry there was a problem with the in car charger and you wasn't informed about the other charger available, this has now been added to our regular maintenance check list.

I arranged the hire very easy and effortlessly by email.
My van was ready for 8am on the Sat am.
I left the vehicle back at 8am following morning.
No issues and price remained the same.
No hidden extras like so many other hire companies.

Our smallest van that we can hire is a 'Ford Transit Connect' for smaller jobs, the largest van is a 'Luton' van for big jobs.
