Dear Mr T. - thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you decided to leave the tour. Our guides are usually very positively reviewed, but we understand that sometimes there might not be the “spark” between a guide and a guest.
Our group tours do follow a tight schedule, especially at the Colosseum, where entry times are pre-scheduled to manage site capacity. Additionally, the subsequent visits to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill require strict adherence to their opening and closing hours.
