Mitä Philip Lawman sanoi Gray Line Iceland:

Went like clockwork

Everything went like clockwork although the pickup bus was about 20 mins late each time so we did have to wait for the bus in the freezing cold longer than we had hoped!

Thank you for your feedback. As you have most probably noticed we had severe Winter weather and we waitied traffic authorities to let us know if roads to the countryside would be opened today which turned out to be negative. We will always try to inform passengers as soon as possible but today was not a good day for travel. I hope that you can reschedule your booking with us, if not please write us an e-mail so we can initiate a refund

Can you please write to us about your complaint as we don´t seem to have any pickup for you except for the Golden Circle tour that was cancelled today as well as every tour company in Reykjavik
