Thank you for the feedback. It is regrettable that you were made to wait but the pickup time is during the 30 minutes indicated on your voucher - pickup starting at 11:30 in your case. The driver you spoke to may not have had you listed as his assignment but someone arriving at the exact pickup time and not found you at this very busy spot where waiting vehicles are not permitted to stay long. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused if you did indeed wait from the pickup time indicated
