Easy and Helpful

Easy to book online and communication was very good. Our flight was delayed by a day so I emailed Gray Line to ask if I could travel the next day instead, and they were so helpful.

Great tour!

This was an amazing experience. The transfer bus arrived on time, not a minute later. The tour guide was very detailed with the information she gave us.

Thank you for writing your review. Regrettably the viewing of the Northern Lights can be a hit or miss at best of times, being a natural phenomenon that we are lucky to see over Iceland during dark Winter nights. I can assure you that we have in all honesty tried to make this happen and as a gesture of good will, offered all passengers to repeat the tour while in Iceland and if having to leave without seeing the elusive lights the tickets are valid for 2 years. I hope that you can visit us again
