You are correct in saying we have a 12 month warranty to parts and labour and would always arrange a revisit if required. However, we can never guarantee when this might be exactly. Grande Digital Operations Manager has contacted me since I posted my comments and we had a very productive discussion. Although the fault still is appearing to have rectified itself we have agreed that I should contact Grande Digital in the near future to arrange for their engineer to call again to inspect/interrogate my system for both parties satisfaction. I have upgraded Grande Digital to a full 5 stars due to the high regard of the company and management towards their employees, their quality of product and the satisfaction of their customers. It is wonderful to find a company who reviews their customer comments and responds appropriately. WELL DONE GRANDE DIGITAL.
