By not lying. You said you had released my funds. The next day you admitted that you had not. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Good afternoon Mr Lawrence, Thank you for your comments, we appreciate all feedback. Unfortunately this was a case of human error, as mentioned when we spoke earlier in the week. When I initially spoke with you to confirm the details I did say that the funds would be released on the same day. However this instruction was not picked and therefore unfortunately the payment was not made on the same day. I appreciate this may have caused some inconvenience and I ensured that the funds were released asap the following morning. On behalf of Global Reach, please accpet my apologies for this slip up and I can assure you this is not the standard practice or level of service that we pride ourselves on. If you have any questions or would like to take this further, please do not hesitate to contact us on personalsupport@globalreachgroup.com. Again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Charlie

Great service all round!

A single point of contact with a personal account manager who helped me through the process at every stage. Very professional and reassuring for someone who had never done this kind of thing before.
