Good afternoon Ms Schraauwers, Apologies it took 3 attempts to get through to your account manager. In regards to the online trading, you can achieve better rates by going online if you are looking at buying/selling an amount equivalent or less than £10k, than you can by speaking to your account manager, which is why you would have been pointed in that direction. When booking a trade for an amount equivalent or less than £3k, there will always be a £10 (or equivalent) fee. Unfortunately without this fee, we would be losing money on these trades.
