Hi, you have clearly missed the mark here on your answer and didnt really pay attention to what I wrote.. I was told that because I didnt change the name on the account and left it the same as 2020 that your bank didnt release the funds which lead to a delay. Brian

Good afternoon Mr Davis, Thank you for your response. I understand that the payment you sent in 2020 was sent with the account name 'Global Reach Group', which was has never been correct, however when the UK was a member of the EU many banks would allow this to be excused. Unfortunately since Brexit, certain banks have changed their rules and require details to be exact, which appears to be the case in this instance. Kind regards CDP

Thank you, if someone had mentioned this things would have been much simpler. I understand the name is wrong but when i was told banking details are the same I didnt check for the changes. It was only after I spent my own money, on a mt103, which this company requested, and I pointed out the difference, did the bank release the funds. I dont agree all the blame should be put on the customer. Brian
