By providing broadband that works round a house would be a start & if they are unable to do so, do the right thing. I have been trying to resolve for MONTHS & keep getting fobbed off.

The Gigaclear band width is good when it works - but if, for whatever reason it goes down, you will be stuck with nothing and terrible customer service for up to three working days.

When it works it's really fast. Few too many outages though compared to other providers.

Not impressed with connection and will be going back to Your Coop for cheaper rates and faster speeds. Our price will also rise with Gigaclear when contract ends next year.

Good other than internal distribution through routers is rubbish

I can not fault the service provided by Gigaclear, each time I have contacted the customer service department they have handled my request efficiently.
