It’s a straight forward request I was quoted £50.52 for my renewal as an annual fee the policy document says £50.52 per month so the policy wording is wrong. It needs to be put right I have no intention of paying £600 per year.

The renewal for the year was £50.52 not a monthly payment of £50.52 that would make the insurance for the year at over £600 for my 4 room council bungalow. All of this information is what I have relayed to you already. You need to put the policy document right or I will have to cancel it also check the renewal email you sent me. Mrs Joan Abernethy
