Good Afternoon, We are saddened to read your review following only receiving the first part of the treatment program. We take all feedback very seriously and we are disappointed that you feel you have not had the expected benefit following the recommended course of 3 treatments. The recommended protocol is to have 3 treatments within a 12 month period ( at least 6 weeks apart) as this has been shown to give the maximum benefits in clinical studies to the majority of the population.We would encourage you to continue with the course and maintenance and as such we would invite you to visit the clinic for a review with the Director. There will have been some changes to the collagen which will still be ongoing as we write given the time between treatments and repeated treatments and maintenance have been seen to give the best results.
The Nurse who I saw was very personable, but bearing in mind the intimate procedure I felt going into the ‘communal waiting area’ could have been more private.

I was treated very professionally, the treatment was explained in detail without any pressure to proceed.
Definitely would recommend . Everyone at the clinic were helpful and made me feel at ease right away . The nurse was wonderful and gave me loads of advice . Still to go back for two more treatments...
Terrible! It doesn't work. Do not waste your money!

The recommended protocol is to have 3 treatments within a 12 month period ( at least 6 weeks apart) as this has been shown to give the maximum benefits in clinical studies. We would encourage you to continue with the course. There will have been some early changes to the collagen and repeated treatments have been seen to give the best results. This treatment has been deemed by our regulator the Care Quality Commission to be a regulated activity rather than a cosmetic procedure.
From our clinical experience, those ladies who have had multiple vaginal deliveries do tend to see more benefits towards the later part of the program and this fits in with the clinical studies that show the maximum benefits under the microscope are seen from treatment number 3 and beyond
