You opted for a replacement part, which was immediately dispatched. This was all addressed for you on the same day you reported the issue. We are so sorry about this. Our delivery partners had spoken with you on the Friday afternoon and said they would contact you shortly to advise delivery date. You then left this review Monday, only 1 working day after they had spoken with you last. I believe delivery was organised by around 10am on the Tuesday morning. We are very sorry this took more than 1 working day to organise, but I do believe this is now resolved.
