Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased to hear you love the quality of your shelf, but I’m truly sorry to read that you felt let down by the customer service experience. I’ve looked back through your messages, and we did offer to supply additional fixings to support your installation, as the brackets provided are suitable for solid masonry walls. I’m sorry if this wasn’t made clear or if it felt unhelpful at the time — that was never our intention. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when installation doesn’t go as smoothly as expected, especially with a heavy solid oak shelf. If there’s anything further we can do to support you now, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help. Kind regards, Funky Chunky Furniture
