Your reservation was taken by telephone. During that process, our reservations team is very diligent about asking for names exactly as they appear on the passports. If the traveler doesn’t have their passport in hand at the time of reservation, we ask for written notification via email within 24 hours so that the correction can be made promptly and without a fee.
