Booking was handled efficiently. My only problem was that I was told I did not need to fill out the registration form received in my email, however, I did need to do that to complete the process....

Extremely easy booking. Probably because we booked Kenya with them last Feb. so they had all our current info plus I think the Galapagos was more inclusive. I hope the rest of the trip goes as easy.
