I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in our available services for sending larger items, I believe you are referring to items that require palletising due to their size and weight. Due to your destination country we can only offer an air freight service for forwarding pallets, we no longer offer sea freight due to the number of issues caused when shipping via this method. We understand this can increase the costs of shipping, however when looking at the bigger picture, this keeps our customers goods as safe as possible when shipping and helps avoid additional unexpected fees. Regarding the replies from customer service, I am sorry to hear this has been taking longer than usual. When obtaining pallet shipment quotes it can take longer than usual due to it being more of a manual process, we cannot obtain these quotes through our site directly and must contact our external shippers. This extra step of communication can cause a delay and I do apologise if this caused you any inconvenience.
