Sorry to hear about that, this is the first time we've heard of this being an issue. Just to check, to get proper tension & adhesion the arm needs to be fully bent before applying, and the skin needs to be fully dry. Once on, rub over the tape to generate heat to help the adhesive activate. If you have significant arm hair most tape will struggle to stick without shaving/use of tape adhesive sprays.
