FlyDirect arvostelut

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re very sorry that your return journey was such a frustrating experience. The delay was unfortunately due to the crew reaching their permitted flying hours, meaning the flight could not operate until the necessary crew rest requirements had been met. This is a requirement outside of our control and, while we appreciate the disruption this caused, the safety of our passengers must always come first. We appreciate your comments regarding the communication during the delay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be waiting at the airport without clear information, particularly after such an early start. We will pass your feedback on to our airline partners so that the handling and communication of any future disruption can be reviewed. We’re sorry that this experience affected your overall impression of FlyDirect and we hope that you would choose to use us at a future time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I can only apologise for your outbound flight delay, which was caused by thunderstorms, and I am glad to hear that the Captain kept you updated during this time. I will be passing on all of your feedback regarding the onboard catering options, along with the service you experienced, to our partners at BA CityFlyer for their review. We do hope that you would choose to book and fly with us at FlyDirect on another occasion.
