Mitä Mr D Ford sanoi FlyDirect:

So easy

This was the first time we have used Fly Direct but won't be the last. The joy of arriving at our destination in under two hours was fantastic not having the hassle and expense of Gatwick.

From booking our holiday to getting back home everything from Direct Holidays was fantastic. I initially had a problem at the booking stage but this was all sorted following a quick telephone call.

Thank you for your feedback. We're really to sorry to hear this, and have reported to BA CityFlyer for refresh with their ground crew in Majorca as this should not have happened. We hope it did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

excellent

Excellent and very civilised experience in this currently crazy travel environment. Slight drawback was the very early return flight - not a very nice end to a lovely holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time in Majorca :) When clients book their holiday are aware of the flight times, so it is not a surprise that the return flight was early. However, we all know how nice is to sleep in... we are looking into it for next programmes.

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the challenges faced by airports everywhere at the moment are having an affect on onboard service availability on some routes, and for this summer we took the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights, rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Given the short duration of our flights we didn't anticipate this being a significant problem, however we are very sorry that you were disappointed. Should you wish to travel with us again we also offer a private airport transfer option if preferred. We are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday overall.

Thank you for your response. It might be a good idea to make it clear in the final travel email sent out exactly what onboard services there are. We would have been quite happy to pay for our drinks if the option had been available. I went on a Flydirect to Tenerife in April and was able to purchase alcoholic drinks, though I appreciate the flight was longer. The point I am trying to make regarding the airport transfer is the unpleasant behaviour of the young people. They clearly had access to onboard alcohol! Santa Ponca, like most other Mallorca resorts, is open 24/7 and it is more than likely that those same youngsters returning home would probably have stayed up drinking all night.
