Thanks for your comments. The creditors should stop writing to you (although you will still get an annual statement from some), but either way we handle all the correspondence and paperwork for you. If you let us know which ones are still in contact we'll get in touch with them and ask them to stop. When you start your Trust Deed we set out in detail your contributions, how much Wilson Andrews charges for administering the Trust Deed, and how much the creditors receive. The creditors need to agree to this at the start. You won't see the level of debt going down but if you stick with it until the end of the Trust Deed then you will be debt free. If the Trust Deed is successful it is, in effect, the creditors that pay the fees as they receive the contributions from us net of fees. So don't worry, your debt is not increasing.
