the services is ok when you know what is happerning and what needs to be done and to call your personal finance manager cost alot bearing in mind that they are a company getting you out of debt i try...

you have to spend an age on the phone before you can spek to anyone. the service you pay for and what you get are poor. bombared in to taking out an IVA when they've been told i could loss my job.

I feel the are always there when you have any worries regarding debt management and deal with the creditors for you.GP always puts my mind at ease with any debt problems.
