Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Once your IVA is accepted it can take a few months for creditors to update their records. The acceptance paperwork relating to your IVA is sent within a few days of the creditors meeting being held. Many creditors vote on your IVA through appointed agents rather than directly and in most cases request that confirmation of the IVA be sent to them or a specific department. This can sometimes mean the information can take a little time to filter through to the departments who continue to contact you.
