I am sorry that you are unhappy with our cheque clearance times. We offer a managed service with no overdraft facility, therefore we need to ensure any deposits have cleared before making funds available. Many of our customers tell us they prefer this to other providers where they have incurred penalty charges for unauthorised overdrafts or returned items. I hope that this has gone some way towards addressing your concerns. With regards to getting in touch, if you need to speak to us we do offer a number of options other than calling, which you may find helpful. You can email us, for example: your Personal Finance Manager will be able to provide you with the email address. We have also introduced GP Online, a secure online portal that allows you to monitor your debt management plan, track your progress and review all your personal information.
