If you need to speak to us we do offer a number of options, other than calling, which you may find helpful. You can email us, for example: your Personal Finance Manager will be able to provide you with the email address. We have also introduced GP Online, a secure online portal that allows you to monitor your debt management plan, track your progress and review all your personal information. You can also request a call back from us (at a time that suits you) via GP Online. When an arrangement is confirmed with your creditors, or we receive your payment, we do send text messages to inform you and keep you up to date with the progress on your plan. I hope going forward that this helps to improve the level of communication for you. I have also asked for your Personal Finance Manager to contact you and discuss your concerns.
