Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. IVA’s do tend to work differently from debt management in that funds are not paid out to creditors on a monthly basis. It’s usual practice, with any IVA, for the creditor payments to be made quarterly, or in certain cases less frequently, at the creditors request. This does mean that creditor contact, during the initial few months, can still occur and although this will stop it may take a little while to do so completely. If you do continue to receive contact from the creditors then please let us know so we can deal with this for you.
