I am concerned to read your comments regarding your experience with Freeman Jones. We do try to keep the number of contacts down to a minimum and provide your own expert advisor both pre and post acceptance on any IVA. Should you need to speak to your advisor following acceptance, known as a Relationship Manager, then you should have been given a direct line to contact them on. If for any reason they are unavailable then you have the option of leaving a message for them or choosing to speak to one of their colleagues. I’m sorry if you’ve found it difficult to stay in touch and we’ll look into this for you. I’ve asked your Relationship Manager to give you a call and discuss all the options for future communication.
