Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry that you weren’t happy with the timescales involved in getting your Debt Management Plan up and running. We do appreciate that the start of your Debt Management Plan is a difficult and often stressful time especially when creditors are still contacting you. It does usually take between six and eight weeks for all creditors to agree to the lower payment arrangements and for us to negotiate with them to try to freeze interest and charges. I am sorry if this wasn’t fully explained to you. All the your creditor arrangements are now in place on your Plan (this did take around eight weeks). We are keen to address your other concerns. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you’ve had problems communicating with us and that we didn’t call you when we arranged to do so. This isn’t acceptable and is something we will follow up at this end. As well as phoning you can also communicate with us by email. I’ve asked a Personal Finance Manager to give you a call to talk you through the options. You can also use our Gregory Pennington Online service to track the progress of your Plan. Our Creditor Liaison team are in the process of securing the two outstanding arrangements with your creditors – we will also update you on our progress with this.
