Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. In an IVA the payments to creditors are not made monthly. It’s usual practice with any IVA for the creditor payments to be made quarterly, or in certain cases less frequently, at the creditors’ request. As you know in an IVA you should no longer be contacted by your creditors (except for occasional statements). In the early days of your IVA you may still find that creditors contact you and it can take a while to stop completely. Please feel free to refer them to us – and let us know which creditors are calling you. I’ve asked the Creditor Liaison team here to re-contact all your creditors to ask them to stop. We’ll also send you some extra prepaid envelopes so if you get any post from your lenders you can send it on to us. You should also see a reduction in post over time. Steven Hewitt Freeman Jones
