Thank you for your feedback. As part of your IVA we are under an obligation confirm the existence (or not) of any PPI policies and investigate whether these policies have been miss-sold. If you don’t have any PPI policies then we simply need to confirm this with your creditors. You do have the option of allowing us to investigate this for you, using another firm of your choosing, or doing it yourself, but I believe we have now received your paperwork back to allow Think2Claim to investigate on your behalf.
