Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced phone calls from some of the lenders included in your IVA. Once an IVA is accepted then you should see less and less contact from your lenders (although some may continue to send you occasional statements). This may take some time for certain creditors, however rest assured, providing your IVA payments are up to date and the creditor is included in your arrangement, then you will not need to make any additional payments to them. I appreciate that this can be worrying, and apologise if we didn’t explain this clearly to you.
