I am sorry to read your comments, we've tried to give you a call this morning to discuss your feedback. As you know when proposing an IVA we prepare and agree a budget and payment with you, unfortunately one of your creditors rejected the initial proposal and requested an increased payment. We tried to negotiate with the creditor concerned to avoid you having to pay an increased payment but unfortunately they were not willing to accept any alternative. We discussed this at length with you and eventually went back, with your agreement, with a revised IVA proposal with a higher monthly payment (and therefore less for you to live on). This was accepted by the creditors. We do appreciate that any IVA budget is tight to live on and we will do what we can to help you. We will try and contact you again to discuss what we can do help.
