I'm sorry if you feel that the level of communication was not as good as it could have been.

Our aim is to agree reduced repayments and stop all creditor communication as quickly as possible. Should you receive any communication from your lenders then please send any letters you receive and refer any phone calls, directly to us to manage for you. We will make payments to your creditors and keep you updated regarding your agreements. You can also check this yourself through our online portal, Gregory Pennington Online, which allows you to monitor your account, check payments have been made and much more. We can help set this up for you, should you wish.

It’s great to hear that you’ve found the staff here at Gregory Pennington helpful whilst setting up your debt management programme.

Our aim is to, agree reduced repayments, stop all creditor communication and help reduce the ‘fear’, that you mention, as quickly as possible. This can, however, with certain creditors, take some time. At present we’ve managed to agree repayment plans with more than half of your lenders and will continue to chase all further agreements. In the meantime, please send any letters you receive and refer any phone calls, directly to us. We will continue to make payments to your creditors and keep you updated throughout. You can also check this yourself through our online portal, Gregory Pennington Online, which allows you to monitor your account, check payments have been made and much more. We can help set this up for you, should you wish.

Regarding PPI, our aim is not to sell this to you but help you to establish whether you were ever been miss-sold PPI. The team here would then investigate this for you and help to claim any redress, should this be required. I’m sorry if this was not communicated well to you.

I’m aware that the majority of communication has taken place via email and therefore some processes may not be fully explained. The team will continue to try and contact you to address your concerns. In the meantime we are always happy to discuss things with you and help ease any worries you may have.
