I am sorry to hear that we missed our review appointment with you. Whilst we do try and keep every appointment, that isn't always possible if other customers' reviews run longer than usual.

Unlike DAL, we don't send out monthly statement. However, we do send them out annually and on request. A great way of keeping an eye on the progress of your plan is via our online service.
