I am sorry that you feel that way.  One of our Personal Finance Manager team will try and call you to discuss your concerns.  As you are making payments towards your debts each month, the only way that the balance can increase is if a lender has refused to freeze interest and charges - and they exceed what you are paying them.  This is rare - in over 90% of cases creditors do agree to suspend interest and charges for DMP customers.  We can't guarantee it, but we do negotiate with them.  Ian
