Straight forward online application. All fell apart on arrival at drop off point when parcel was scanned. Parcel was not recognised. Came home put on new label, returned to shop to find, still not...

Dreadful. Didn’t answer questions on help, even 24 hours later and also sent me to a drop off location location that doesn’t accept FedEx parcel

Service absolutely terrible. No phone number to contact them. Emailed for help which didn’t help me. Ended up cancelling the order, which they had the audacity to charge me £6 and I now have to wait...

Extra charges without explanation. One parcel was not delivered and it took two phone calls to get the full story.

Paid for it all but couldn't drop off as their scanner wasnt working, this should have been stated when ordering and I should have been directed to another shop!
