Good to see a company specialising in Exotic animal insurance.

Easy enough to renew my parrot insurance. Have never needed to make a claim so unable to review that side of things.

Rip-off .

I found the renewal price way to expensive , I really don’t understand how It cost us that much .. I have an £11,000 car which cost £180 insurance . Exotic direct throws at me £400 for a parrot...

Easy renewal
