Thanks Nigel, the Bottle Neck Diamond Core drills are great aren't they. As you say, slow speed, little pressure and cold water and they give an easy, clean cut.

Thanks for your feedback, one of the team has been in touch to offer a replacement file. Unfortunately we can't offer safe edges on diamond files as it is too difficult to avoid electroplating such a small surface area as this.  As an alternative the Vallorbe Barrette Needle File has two safe edges but we appreciate this cannot be used on the same materials as a diamond file can.
