we appreciate all comments and constructive ones help us to better our operation. I know this was your second trip with us, and hopefully we delivered a service on your first trip good enough to encourage you back. As you can see here, we get many great comments about our staff so I am of course disappointed that you don't feel the same way about your trip. I'd really appreciate it if you could email me on the address below and tell me any specifics about that and I'll see what I can do to help and hopefully get you back out here for another trip to give us another chance to impress.
Best regards,
Luke, Manager

Very competent and friendly guides. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately really expensive.
Pros: Nive dives pots, Very helpful, friendly guides. Free WiFi.
Con: No free Nitrox. Should have booked online before to save money.

our Nitrox does cost extra but we do have some good value unlimited Nitrox packages. And it is cheaper to book online before, that is true, but if you need any help with that feel free to email me before your next trip and I will get you the best possible rates.
Many thanks, see you again,
Luke, Manager
