Easy to organise on line and has saved me £300 a year!
The on line form took me was quick and easy, it took no more than10 to 15 minutes and my house and contents insurance is £300 cheaper now with Emerald compared to the company I used last year.

Slow to answer
Took far too long to answer (over half an hour & rang mid-am) when wanting to renew policy. Once through lady took me through quickly
