To clarify misleading with your rental first of all we would like to remind you that as a final confirmation on your email was sent voucher in which were clearly mentioned all details concern additional options and extras. During making booking you accepted terms and conditions in which was clearly stated what is included to the car price and what additionaly you have to pay localy. You had to contact our reservation department via 24/7 phone number +44 203 478 52 39 for decision of your problem.
