Hello Marcus, we are sorry that we were unable to continue with a lease, we understand that proof of residence was promised but was ultimately unable to be provided. A refund can be processed as cash, or through an EFT. We understand that you have been able to work with the staff and have requested a refund via electronic means, which may take a few days to be completed. We understand your frustration and invite you to visit us again when you can provide the necessary documentation to obtain a lease.
