Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Easy Gloves. I was really disappointed to read that your order had not been received within a reasonable timescale. We do use third party couriers and unfortunately they do not automatically keep us updated with misrouted/delayed consignments and we generally only become aware of such situations when a customer contacts us directly. Fortunately this does not happen too often. I personally picked up your email sent on the 13/10/25 to advise us that your order had not been received and i responded immediately to advise i would resend your gloves out that day for delivery within 2 days. I can see that these were delivered the next day 14/10/25 @ 13.47 . I hope these have been received in good order and everything is as it should be.
