The booking for the amount of R3,750 was with Bidvest Car Rental and not First Car Rental. We are unable to explain any deductions by First Car Rental as we did not process a booking for you with them. We are awaiting a response to the e-mail sent by Charlynn Polite from our office on the 04th of November requesting more information regarding the matter which will enable to assist with your query.
