We have consistently good service through Drive South Africa, however, this time we waited for 24hrs before we received the booking confirmation.

Our aim is to always assist within the allocated turnaround time of 2 hours and although there are sometimes unavoidable delays with after hour payments received and the sourcing of vehicles, this kind of time delay is most certainly not the norm. We will follow up with the Consultant and will continually strive to deliver the best service to our clients.

We always do our best to assist our clients, but unfortunately due to the constant additions to the Suppliers fleet we are only able to guarantee vehicle groups and not specific vehicles. We do submit our client's specific requests to the Supplier but unfortunately these are subject to availability at the branch and we have no way of monitoring this.
I enjoyed working with you until you added that ridiculous R14 500 deposit for standard cover insurance. Are you chasing us away?

Drive South Africa is an online booking Agent for South Africa’s leading Car Rental Companies. Our rates are fluid and change daily depending on the yield/occupancy of our Suppliers. In addition to these factors, these Suppliers also adjust their rates and Security Deposits based on the damages incurred on the vehicles through accidents, reckless driving and general negligence by the Renters.
We will however continue to try and source the best available rates and deals for all our clients.
