quick service on arrival at the airport to collect car. i think refundable deposit can be returned quickly too and the invoice from car hire was done a day later.
NOTE Bidvest charge extra for petrol...

With regards to your fuel query: The vehicles are refuelled regardless whether the fuel gauge indicates that the vehicle is full, as vehicles that are refuelled at independent stations are not guaranteed to be filled to capacity. This is also to ensure that every renter receives a vehicle with a full fuel tank.
