Thank you for the feedback regarding the rental of a baby seat. We are in contact with Budget Car Rental regarding the service delivery failure upon collection.
The baby seat was requested by Drive South Africa and confirmed by Budget Car Rental for your rental.
We regrettably did not advise you prior to travel that the car rental agents does not fit the baby seats for clients due to liability reasons.
We want to offer our sincere apologies that we did not communicate this information to you prior to travel.
